Mr. Weaver is the founder of Promatica Consulting, established to fill the gap for objective and independent advisory services in the programmatic marketing landscape. He specializes in helping brands, agencies, technology providers, and publishers develop data driven marketing solutions that align with business objectives, enhance revenue, and accelerate activation to achieve key goals.
Prior to founding Promatica, Mr. Weaver held a strategic role at TubeMogul, a leading video ad technology company. In this position, he educated brands on programmatic models and best practices, facilitating the adoption of innovative advertising strategies. Before his time at TubeMogul, Mr. Weaver served as the Managing Director of the Mindshare Trading Desk (WPP), where he pioneered the first transparent programmatic framework for enterprise brand marketers. His leadership was instrumental in activating campaigns for prominent clients such as Unilever, Kimberly-Clark, CVS, Johnson & Johnson, and L'Oréal. Mr. Weaver successfully developed new products, revenue streams, and business models that contributed to sustained growth and increased profitability for the agency.
Mr. Weaver began his career in media as a college entrepreneur, launching a media buying company that ignited his passion for advertising technology and digital media during the late 1990s tech boom. In 2005, he joined Media Storm to establish the digital investment group, where he played a crucial role in driving year-over-year client and revenue growth, leading to the agency's expansion into New York City. With extensive category experience across CPG, beauty, retail, luxury goods, and entertainment, Mr. Weaver has collaborated with numerous Fortune 500 brands, including Unilever, Kraft, Kimberly-Clark, Coca-Cola, Estée Lauder, Disney, CVS Pharmacy, FX Network, NFL Network, Food Network, Howard Stern on Demand, Johnson & Johnson, and FOX Broadcasting.
